SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Dear clients, currently we ship only to addresses in the Republic of Bulgaria. However exceptions could be made for orders above 30 BGN – in that case the price list of the airmail service of the Bulgarian Posts EAD applies and you should pay in advance.

Note: The shipping cost is not included in the price of the book.

Method of shipment: The deliveries within Sofia are done by our couriers – you should specify in advance your shipping address and time for the delivery (a time interval not shorter than 1 hour). On the territory of Bulgaria we ship by Bulgarian Posts, charged forward – in that case the deliveries arrive on the second or third business day after the confirmation of the order.

Delivery times: On the territory of Sofia the deliveries are done by our couriers within the next business day after the confirmation of the order.

On the territory of Bulgaria the books are shipped to the specified office of the Bulgarian Posts usually within three business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs: For deliveries on the territory of Sofia we charge a single flat fee at the amount of 2.00 BGN no matter how many books are included in a shipment. For the rest of the territory of Bulgaria and abroad the price list of the Bulgarian Posts applies – the total charge is the sum of the price of the book and the respective postal costs.

Method of payment: in cash at delivery.
